- 250 g white chocolate
- 125 g fresh cream
- 125 g whipped cream for decoration
- 100 g strawberries
- icing sugar
- dark chocolate flakes
- pink pepper
Heat the liquid cream in a saucepan and bring almost to the boil. Turn off the heat and add the white chocolate, finely chopped. Mix with a spatula until the mixture is smooth, then place in the freezer for 25 minutes, stirring frequently. Once this time is up, whip the mixture with an electric whisk until it becomes a thick cream. Fold in the whipped cream in several steps, using an upward motion.
Transfer into the glasses or small cups and decorate with the strawberries, in small pieces, the pepper, dark chocolate flakes and small basil leaves. Dust with the icing sugar. Serve immediately.
