{"id":1582,"date":"2020-01-23T17:32:21","date_gmt":"2020-01-23T16:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/?p=1582"},"modified":"2020-01-23T17:32:21","modified_gmt":"2020-01-23T16:32:21","slug":"tagliolini-with-clams-green-beans-and-lemon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/en\/recipes\/tagliolini-with-clams-green-beans-and-lemon\/","title":{"rendered":"Tagliolini with clams, green beans and lemon"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n<p>Serves 4<\/p>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>250 g fresh egg tagliolini pasta <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>500 g clams, cleaned<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>350 g fresh green beans<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>1 untreated, unwaxed lemon  <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>2 shallots <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>50 g butter <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>30 ml dry white wine <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>chilli powder<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>2 tsp chopped parsley <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>salt<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p> Trim the green beans, chop into 2 or 3 parts and cook for 7-8 minutes in lightly salted boiling water. Drain, saving the water, and set aside.<\/p>\r\n<p>Peel the shallots and slice very finely, then sweat in a large frying pan over a low heat with 40 g of butter. Add the clams, turn up the heat and cook for a few minutes until all the clams have opened. Simmer with the white wine and allow to evaporate slightly, then remove from the heat and set aside.<\/p>\r\n<p>Meanwhile, cook the tagliolini in the cooking water from the green beans, drain when al dente and transfer directly into the frying pan with the clams.<\/p>\r\n<p>Pan-fry over a high heat until the cooking juices have been absorbed.
