{"id":1546,"date":"2020-01-23T16:56:31","date_gmt":"2020-01-23T15:56:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/?p=1546"},"modified":"2020-01-23T16:56:31","modified_gmt":"2020-01-23T15:56:31","slug":"watermelon-pudding-with-jasmine-flowers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/en\/recipes\/watermelon-pudding-with-jasmine-flowers\/","title":{"rendered":"Watermelon pudding with jasmine flowers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n<p>For 1.5 kg of mixture<\/p>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>1 l watermelon juice<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>100 g corn starch<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>100 g sugar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>100 g dark chocolate drops<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>1 tbsp jasmine syrup<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>1 small citron<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>icing sugar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>jasmine flowers<\/li>\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Clean the watermelon, cut into pieces and crush with a potato masher. Strain the juice obtained and pour into a saucepan.<br>\r\nMix the corn starch with the sugar and add to the juice, mixing with a whisk. Place on the stove and cook over a low heat, stirring continuously. Continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes from boiling point.<\/p>\r\n<p>Add the jasmine syrup and allow to cool.<br>\r\nOnce the cream is cool, add the chocolate drops and mix.<br>\r\nPour the mixture into moistened single-serving heat-resistant dishes and leave to set in the fridge for one night.<\/p>\r\n<p>Thinly slice the citron, then use the slices to garnish your watermelon dessert.
