{"id":1526,"date":"2020-01-22T17:19:40","date_gmt":"2020-01-22T16:19:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/?p=1526"},"modified":"2020-01-22T17:19:40","modified_gmt":"2020-01-22T16:19:40","slug":"chocolate-creamy-mousse-with-raspberries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/en\/recipes\/chocolate-creamy-mousse-with-raspberries\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate creamy mousse with raspberries"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n<p>Serves 4 <\/p>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>500 g ricotta<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>200 g dark chocolate <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>250 g sugar <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>230 g raspberries<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>100 g strawberries<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>1 untreated, unwaxed lemon<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Carefully wash the strawberries and raspberries; cut the strawberries into quarters, removing the stalk, then macerate for 1 hour with 200 g of raspberries, 150 g of sugar, the grated zest of the lemon and half its juice. When this time is up, pour everything into a thick-bottomed steel pot and bring to the boil; continue cooking for approximately 20 minutes until the mixture has thickened. Now pour the sauce into a clean container and leave to cool.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie; carefully cream the ricotta with the remaining sugar and the melted chocolate.
