{"id":1501,"date":"2020-01-22T16:47:09","date_gmt":"2020-01-22T15:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/?p=1501"},"modified":"2020-01-22T16:47:09","modified_gmt":"2020-01-22T15:47:09","slug":"traditional-apple-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/en\/recipes\/traditional-apple-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Traditional apple cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n<p>Serves 4 <\/p>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>120 g butter <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>250 g ricotta<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>250 g sugar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>320 g type \u201c00\u201d white flour<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>3 apples<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>3 eggs <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>1 sachet baking powder<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>salt<\/li>\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p> Melt the butter slowly in a bain-marie over a small saucepan. Do not boil. Peel 2 apples, remove the cores and chop the apples into small equal pieces. Tip the apples into a large bowl with the sugar, then add the eggs, ricotta and melted butter.<\/p>\r\n<p>Then add the sieved flour as well, a pinch of salt and the baking powder.
