{"id":1396,"date":"2020-01-22T09:51:17","date_gmt":"2020-01-22T08:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/?p=1396"},"modified":"2020-01-22T09:54:48","modified_gmt":"2020-01-22T08:54:48","slug":"blackberry-brownies-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/en\/recipes\/blackberry-brownies-cheesecake\/","title":{"rendered":"Blackberry brownies cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n<p>For 8 people<\/p>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>200 g dark chocolate<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>150 g cane sugar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>140 g butter <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>75 g type \u201c00\u201d white flour<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>180 g eggs<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>For the cheesecake mixture<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>250 g fresh cheese spread<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>60 g caster sugar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>60 g eggs<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>1\/2 vanilla pod<\/li>\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>For the topping<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>300 g blackberry jam<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>125 g blackberries<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p> Dice the butter; chop the dark chocolate into pieces and melt half in a bain-marie with the diced butter. Stir to obtain a smooth mixture. Cool to room temperature, add the sugar and the eggs, one at a time, stirring well each time after adding. Sieve the flour and stir into the mixture, mixing again to amalgamate. Lastly, add the remaining chopped chocolate.<br>\r\nIn a bowl, cream the cheese with the sugar, egg and seeds of the vanilla, using an electric whisk.<br>\r\nSpoon the chocolate mixture into a 20&#215;30 cm rectangular baking tray lined with baking paper and level off the surface. Form a second layer with the cream cheese, distributing it unevenly. Place spoonfuls of the blackberry jam into the empty spaces. Using a toothpick, create a marble effect in the mixture, making small swirls between the cheese mixture and the jam. Distribute the blackberries over the surface and bake in the oven at 180\u00b0C for around 55-60 minutes, checking the baking with a toothpick.
