{"id":1389,"date":"2020-01-22T09:35:41","date_gmt":"2020-01-22T08:35:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/?p=1389"},"modified":"2020-01-22T09:36:52","modified_gmt":"2020-01-22T08:36:52","slug":"roasted-tomino-cheeses-with-honey-almonds-and-pan-fried-plums","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coopsole.it\/en\/recipes\/roasted-tomino-cheeses-with-honey-almonds-and-pan-fried-plums\/","title":{"rendered":"Roasted tomino cheeses with honey, almonds and pan-fried plums"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n<p>Serves 4<\/p>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>4 tomino cheeses (soft Italian cheese from Piedmont) <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>4 thin slices speck <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>4 red plums <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>1 tbsp cane sugar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>20 g butter <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>8 sprigs thyme <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>4 tbsp honey <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Wash and stone the plums and chop into segments, then into small pieces. In a non-stick frying pan, brown over a high heat with the butter and a few small thyme leaves, then, as soon as they are hot, add the sugar. Allow to dissolve for a couple of minutes, mixing gently with a wooden spoon, then remove from the heat.<br>\r\nBrown the chilled tomino cheeses in a hot non-stick pan brushed with oil for 1 minute on each side until slightly roasted (be very careful if cooking for longer, as they could melt too much).
