Yellow fruits and lemon balm detox water


Serves 4

  • 2 ripe yellow peaches
  • 4 ripe apricots
  • 20 g fresh lemon balm leaves
  • 1 l water


Clean and stone the fruit. Slice up all the fruit and tip into a jug with the washed lemon balm. Add the water, cover and leave to infuse in the fridge for 10-12 hours. If you like, decorate with lavender flowers to serve.
