Melon with cottage cheese


Serves 4

  • 2 small melons
  • 350 g cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp mortadella (cooked pink Italian sausage) cut into thick strips
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • marjoram
  • drops of Tabasco
  • pepper


Cut the melons in half and gently scrape out the flesh. Mix 1 tablespoon of oil, the cottage cheese, a few drops of Tabasco, the raisins and mortadella and season with pepper to taste.

Fill the melons with the mixture obtained and serve with fresh marjoram.
