Melon, lime
 and liquorice 


Serves 4

  • 400 g melon flesh
  • 1 lime 

  • 2 tsp liquorice flakes 

  • 40 g cane sugar


Dice the melon flesh, blend with the sugar, 100 ml of water and the juice of 1/2 the lime and then whisk all at once. Cut 4 thin slices from the remaining lime and place in the 4 popsicle makers. Sprinkle the liquorice flakes into the bottom of the popsicles makers and pour in the fruit smoothie, filling to the top. Place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours or until the popsicles are solid.
