- 2 yellow peaches
- 1 untreated, unwaxed lime
- 3 tbsp fresh cream
- 2 tbsp cane
- 5-6 ice cubes
Peel the peaches, chop into pieces, removing the stone, and place them in a blender.
Grate part of the lime zest into a saucer and set aside, then squeeze the juice over the peaches. Add the sugar, lime zest and crushed ice.
Blend on the maximum power setting, then add the chilled cream in a slow, steady stream: this will make your smoothie creamy and smooth.
Pour the peach and lime smoothie into glasses and serve, decorating with the remaining lime zest.
