- 250 g fruits of the forest soya yoghurt
- 50 g blackberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 150 g bananas
- chia seeds
Peel the banana, cut into small chunks, then place on a tray lined with baking paper and put in the freezer. Carefully wash the blackberries and blueberries and dry them gently on kitchen paper, then place on another tray and freeze. Pour the yoghurt into a mixer with the frozen banana, blackberries and blueberries and blend until the mixture is creamy. Divide between two bowls, decorate the top with banana slices, blueberries, blackberries and chia seeds and serve immediately.
