Blueberry and raspberry smoothie


Serves 1

  • 2 handfuls mixed leaf salad
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries


Clean the vegetables. Wash and peel the apples, removing the cores. Wash the blueberries and raspberries gently.
Place the mixed leaves and spinach in the blender and blitz with a little water. Add the apples, blueberries and lastly the raspberries. Blitz until you have a smooth cream.
